About Our Classes
What to know before you come to a bungee class​
​
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to check in, get assigned the proper harness, and adjust to the bungees.
For everyone's safety and maximum class time, our doors will be locked once class begins, and latecomers will not be admitted—no exceptions!

Be prepared to bounce and work up a sweat, so wear a supportive bra, comfortable clothing and leggings, No crop tops so that the harness doesn't rub against your skin!
Don't forget your water, you'll need it!!
