What to know before you come to a bungee class

Please come to class 5 - 10  minutes before class starts to get signed in,  assigned the right harness and adjusted to the bungees

Once class starts our doors will be locked for safety and will not be opened for any latecomers - no exceptions!

You will sweat!  Make sure you are wearing the right clothing and leggings and bring water

Low-Impact Plyometrics, Aerobic Cardio, and Resistance offers clients maximum offers maximum benefits without the pain and all the FUN! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout!

Flyte Bungee takes the science of plyometrics to new heights, with a bungee-assisted, cardio-focused workout. Body weight and bungees to create resistance and flight! Tone muscles without the damaging impact, creating a fun exciting workout!
