Flyte Bungee is a new, fun and exciting workout studio now in Rockland County! 

We are the first and only studio using bungee fitness, a new, innovative and fun workout in the area! Bungee fitness is a high intensity and low impact workout which is a unique combination giving it the advantage of being a great workout that can be done by anyone regardless of their fitness level. This also means that it can be done without straining joints that would normally limit one from exercising in the typical fashion allowing those with limited mobility to participate as well!

What should I expect at a bungee class?

As you come in you will be weighed in a private area to determine which harness would be most comfortable and effective for you. Your harness will then be attached to the bungees which hang from the ceiling for and your workout will start

Do you have to be super fit to join?

Not at all! Bungee Fitness is great for anyone of all fitness levels or anyone who can tolerate light cardio exercise.

We accommodate anyone from 90 lbs. - 300 lbs.

How long are the classes?

Each class is 50 minutes long
